At ECOMETRY DIGITAL ONLINE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we maintain transparency and fairness in all our services. Since most services are customized, this policy defines the applicable refund conditions.
Refunds are allowed only if the service or project has not started. Once development or execution begins, refunds will not be applicable. For subscriptions, cancellation must be done before the next billing cycle.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method. Requests must include accurate transaction and service details.
Refunds are not provided for completed services, partially delivered work, or where resources are already used. Any partial refund, if granted, will be at the company’s sole discretion.
